Western Saddles

I’m having a hard time finding a western saddle to work horses in. I used to ride arabs and always used the billy royal classic training saddle which fit them pretty well. The problem is that I can’t afford to buy one new right now and cannot find one used ANYWHERE. What other brands do you recommend for morgans? It seems like the full QH trees sit right on their withers, so are the semi-QH bars the way to go?

PS…. if anyone has one they might like to sell… I’m looking for a 15 or 15.5 in. seat.

Hi I’m looking to buy a used show cart and harness. Overcheck style cob sized. I can find them but they are way to far away. If anyone could help it would be appreciated! Thanks

Bustles

Looking for used but still functional bustles. Minor repairs okay, but don’t want to have to piece together. Let me know if you have anything laying around and how much you’re asking.

Update on Nemours Royal Starlett

I want everyone to know that Starlett is doing well. This afternoon I went out and took photos for all her Morgan fans. You can see the pictures at www.rsurenemorganfarm.com and click on Update on Starlett. Thank you for all for the emails and thank you letters. It has been our privilege to have Starlett in our broodmare band. I’ll keep you up to date on her progress.

Looking 4 custom western show cloths

Mid-Atlantic Breeder’s Sale

Did anyone out there go?  I’ve been wondering how the sale went.  There were some nice horses that went through… I stayed away on purpose ;)

Winter Events

So, I’ve been a bit slow getting around to adding winter events to the calendar, but now that I’m looking there’s quite a bit going on!  I’ve tried to check out as many club calendars as possible, but there are just so many.  If you know of something that’s coming up and I don’t have it listed please email me, admin@abovelevel.com, and let me know about it so I can get it posted.

Thanks!
