Given that there are many opportunities for advertising both in print and on the internet, I was wondering where people felt they got the most for their advertising dollar. For example, if you advertise a horse for sale or a service (ie training, breeding stud, etc) do you feel you get more inquiries by placing a page ad or a classified ad in one of the trade magazines, or by advertising on one of the various websites available?

Last Poll Results:
Out of 138 votes, 44% (61 votes) use Professional trainers only; 33% (45 votes) train their own horses start to finish; and 23% (32 votes) employ Professional trainers to start their young horses and finish the horse themselves.

Winter Weather Check…(not horse related)

I just read the temp. for us here in Northeast Ohio and it is a whopping 2 degrees (-22 degrees windchill). I had to actually put my barn cats in the heated dog kennel (not that they needed it since they sleep in the hay…we just felt sorry for them).

I just thought maybe we would do a little “roll call” for the weather at your house…let’s hear it!

I am very interested in your saddle. Do you have photos? Thanks.
