I am in the procress of setting up a website for our farm. Do I need to get permission from the photographers to use pictures we have already purchased on our website?

It really depends on the photographer. I would suggest contacting the photographers and ask them what their policy is. If they do have a copyright charge it usually isn’t too expensive and is a one time fee.
You need to contact the photographer directly and ask for permission. When you purchase a photo you are only purchasing the actual photo itself. You are not purchasing rights to copy, edit, or advertise with the photo.
Most photographers will only ask that credit be given if their copyright is not visible. Some may charge a fee to use it for advertising purposes.
By not obtaining permission you are violating a copyright law. Most people are not aware of this, but it is something that can be punishable by law.
Again, just call the photographer and ask their permission. Most are more than happy to have you use their images for promotional purposes!
