Starting a Youth Group

A friend of mine is interested in starting a Morgan Youth Group.  I looked on the AMHA website to find information for her, but couldn’t find who to contact.  Does anybody know who handles starting a groups?  Any help would be great!

    Has anyone heard what the dates are for the Grand Nationals in 2009?  They usually have this information on their website, but I have not seen it posted yet.
