Does anyone know of some really good restaurants near the Jubilee show? Are there any “must go” places for either the food or ambience?

That’s a good question…if I remember correctly we can never find a place open late, either. I remember one night eating at an IHOP that was pretty gross but it was the only place serving late.
If anyone is looking of something to do during the day, I have heard that the Lincoln Museum is pretty cool.
Maldaners in downtown Springfield is wonderful………somewhere near 9th street. You’ll need a reservation.
I’ll have to look it up on the web…Thanks for the suggestion!
WOW…you didn’t tell me they had a MARTINI menu!!!!
I’m in!
FYI, I called to make reservations at Maldaners and they are closed the week of Jubilee:(
I don’t know who was more disappointed, me or the person answering the phone when she found out she wouldn’t be seeing all her regular Morgan folks. Nice to see that we make a good impression on the restaurant people in the places we show!
I’m bumming, I was looking forward to trying the Beef Wellington and the European Martini!
Well…there’s always next year.
